Welcome to Hard Beautiful Journey, where vulnerability is our strength and courage is our compass. Hosted by Tiff Carson, who has walked a difficult path of her own, this podcast is a beacon of healing and hope. My mission? To create a space where we can talk openly about life’s hardest moments and the incredible strength it takes to move through them. If you’ve seen my podcast cover, you’ll notice a heart that’s broken, covered in ashes—but also healing. That heart represents the journey we all face. It’s through the cracks that the light shines in, and it’s in that light we find our way out of the dark. On this journey, I share my 7 pillars that guide us through healing: 1. Use Your Voice – Speak your truth and break the silence. 2. Love Your Story – Embrace your past, your pain, and your power. 3. Ignite Your Gratitude – Find the light even in the darkest moments. 4. Honor Your Body – Care for the vessel that carries you through it all. 5. Awaken Your Joy – Seek out the moments of laughter and joy, even when it feels hard. 6. Find Your Tribe – Build your community and lean on others. 7. Nurture Your Soul – Feed your spirit with what heals and uplifts you. Here, we dig into stories of grief, trauma, addiction, resilience, and overcoming loss, as well as the beautiful parts of life—like discovering inner strength, finding joy, and connecting with others in deep, meaningful ways. You’ll hear from people who’ve faced incredible challenges and emerged stronger, as well as those who are still in the process of healing. Together, we’ll explore what it means to rebuild after life knocks you down, and how to rise again, more whole than ever before. This community is for anyone on their own hard and beautiful journey. It’s for those who want to learn, grow, and feel less alone in the process. The Hard Beautiful Journey isn’t just a podcast—it’s a shared experience, built on these 7 pillars, and I’m so grateful to have you along for the ride.

Today on the podcast I have my coach and friend Bree-Anna Vincent to talk about her journey to becoming a healer, a soul coach and now training others, like me, to get their soul coaching certification.
I first heard of Bree-Anna when she was on the "Don't Keep Your Day Job" podcast by Cathy Heller. I took Bree-Anna's 5 day challenge on Facebook and the rest is history. I am so eternally grateful for the breadcrumbs that lead me to her and the soul coaching certification. I know I will be able to help so many people with this knowledge.
Check out Bree-Anna and follow her - I love everything she shares!

I am truly honoured to have my friend and next door neighbour Chenoa Hansen on the podcast for today's episode to talk about her journey of giving her son Jordan up for adoption when he was a few days old and then reconnecting with him this year. I am always amazed at the strength it takes someone to place a child for adoption and how difficult those emotions and feelings would be to process throughout your life.

EP 17 - Having The Courage To Move On After Divorce - with Stacey Wallis
Tuesday Nov 17, 2020
Tuesday Nov 17, 2020
I am so thrilled to have my childhood friend Stacey on today's episode to talk about her Hard Beautiful Journey.
Stacey shared with me - "I have come so far since the fateful day I learned my husband was having an affair. This was what I call a course correction in life but it was the hardest journey to take. From 5 stages of grief, suicidal, doing all I could to move forward and really think about what I want for my life, but not just survive and pay the bills. Learning Moms in divorce are not seen the same in so many ways, learning that chasing your dreams in the eyes of some would be seen as selfish, learning about dating, going out again, Tinder and having to get a “real job” after 12 years of being a stay at home mom and self employed, learning that joy really does attract joy! I learned that the more I shared and the more I moved forward with my dream, the more I attracted people into my life that became part of my new life and dealing with the grief of losing dreams I once had, a home I loved, and friends who really were not going to come along with me on the next chapter. The biggest success was coming to terms with what happened and moving forward with my ex-husband so that our girls would be not just ok but full of love and safety and opportunities ..... it’s an amazing journey".
I am honoured that Stacey shared her Hard Beautiful Journey with me and all of you - know that if you have the courage, you can have anything that you put your mind to.
